I've Been Where You Are
Drowning in admin. Missing calls because you're on another job. Watching leads go cold because you couldn't follow up fast enough.
I'm Kenyon Sutherland. Five years in IT and cybersecurity at technology startups, building internal systems, managing integrations, and leading security initiatives. The pattern I kept seeing: the tooling that fixes this exists, and it is priced and scoped for companies with an IT department.
So I build the same kind of plumbing for businesses that cannot justify one. Not a platform, and not a product. A shared sheet, a few connected flows, and your own Outlook and Excel doing more of the reading and typing than they do today.
Four things that are true about working with me
Including the last one, which is a genuine risk and which most consultants will not put on their own website.
I will tell you when a route is not worth it
On the last engagement I scoped, I recommended the client not buy the more expensive option, and said so in writing before they asked. If the cheaper route handles your case, that is the one I will put in front of you.
Built against your edge cases, not around them
It connects to what you already run: Outlook, Excel Online, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Power Automate. Your requests are not uniform, and a rigid commercial tool handles that badly.
You see the first piece working before you commit to the rest
One inbox first, tested against what your team would have done by hand, tuned until it is reliable. Then the rest. I will not quote you a go-live date before I have read a sample of your actual email.
When you call, you get me
I'm a one-person operation by design. When you call, you get me. When something breaks, I fix it. No tickets, no waiting.
